Brian's bachelor party
My friend, Brian, got married Saturday, which means we had his bachelor party Thursday night. "Gail", the ball 'n chain I presented to Eli at his party over a year ago, was presented to Brian. (It's chained to the recipient's ankle all night.) We had a great time and are looking forward to the next one, which I predict will be for Ben in 12-16 months.(PS- Kristy will recognize "Gail" as the Greensboro Fairfield Inn's security device.)

Yes, I *certainly did* recognize the high-tech hotel security device...and it's SO COOL that she now has her own travel bag. (It is so NOT COOL that her name is "Gail"...the middle name of your mother, sister, niece, and a rather famous dog who once won the New England Puppy Trials...)
Side notes: Sweet book collection in the second photo. (I, too, own Bad Cat and assorted books about The South, Robert E. Lee, & The Confederacy.) Oh, and nice track lighting and wall color in the last photo! A tip of the cap to whomever owns that space.
