Waking up to a Tennessee morning
I took this pic with my cell phone while in Tennessee a few weeks ago. I just downloaded it to my computer and thought I'd share it with you. There's snow on the mountains and fog rising from the valley below.

Wow, that looks just like Nelson County, VA! I'm sure there is a balcony somewhere at Wintergreen Ski Resort that has a very similar view. I'll never forget our Taylor, when she was about 7 years old, saying to me as we drove over Afton Mountain, "Grandma, you're so lucky." When I inquired what prompted her to say that, she replied, " 'Cause you live IN the mountains; but where we live, we can only SEE the mountains." A very perceptive 7-year old!
